SmartAisleTM Control: What is patented?

1. “Warm lake”:

The scope of protection claims a ventilation opening (“Bleeding Opening”) in the area of the cold aisle.

This ventilation opening can, but must not be in the area of the “Raised Roof“.

2. Temperature Measuring = SmartAisle:

The scope of protection claims the measurement of the direction of flow of a medium through a ventilation opening („Bleeding Opening“) with a sensor positioned in the ventilation opening.

This ventilation opening can but must not be in the area of the “Raised Roof“.

The scope of protection includes additional to the temperature sensor also alternative sensors (e.g. flow direction).
